    Quoted from Bax1:

Man this was a good dinner. Spice for the corn. Rubbed coconut oil first then grilled then rub with lime then shake on spice
    [quoted image][quoted image]

Very nice looking grilled corn Bax1. If you haven’t tried or heard of it, do a google/internet search for Mexican street corn. I was turned on to it a few years back and love it.

Here’s last weeks Christmas Day beef tenderloin roast packaged, trimmed, cooked, and served. I also found this new wireless thermometer in my stocking on Christmas morning and it’s fantastic if anyone may be looking for a new one.

    Quoted from bintzknocker:

Interesting. I have the same one and its garbage. The signal doesn't go past a foot when the grill cover is on. I was very disappointed.

I’ll admit I was no more than 15 feet away with nothing but the oven between the thermometer and charger-base station, and my iPhone so will see how far I can push it next cook.

I actually thought it was a stroke of genius when they came out with the propane tank exchange years ago in my area. Personally it gave me many more places to pickup a full tank 7x24x365 along with no more waiting for the high school kid at the gas station to fill your empty. A win, win, win, with no issues or problems with the 100 or so tanks I’ve received in the exchange so far.

Anyway...these are pretty good for a little get together with family or friends to watch a B-Ball game if you’re thinking of doing so this weekend. Leftovers even reheat nicely in the oven for the next days lunch, but rarely are there leftovers

And some of the fantastic meats I see posted in this thread would be awesome versus roast beef or ham.

Steamed this seasons first batch of Maryland blue crabs. Paired them with jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese then dunked in beer batter and deep fried. Wash it all down with ice cold Natty Boh and you’re in Maryland heaven

Tomahawk with leftover blue crab meat to throw on top and a side of asparagus under some cheese to almost make it appear like a healthy meal

    Quoted from Jaybird815:

What is vegamite? I know it from the Men at Work song.

I think it may be the equivalent of Vitameatavegamin made here in the US
