Quoted from punkin:
Chicken and bacon pie at the punkin's tonight. 1 pie and it made enough to feed 5 people, i get two share it with two couples. Sharing is what food is all about, i like costing too, it works out to $2 a serve. Good footy when you can feed someone for a couple bucks.

Someone said here yesterday that they'll end being either a great cook or an alcoholic after the quarantine stuff. My mate and i both started laughing and i told her that i was already both.
Can you PM me the recipe?
SOS over extra wide egg noodles no picture. I didn't want to get plate shamed. ( same plate I ate the pizza on, one of those universal plates ) It tasted great
I bought some Brisket, Pork Bellies, and Ribeye. Gonna smoke the brisket, make some bacon (each package is belly folded in half) Ribeye, gonna cut some steaks and slice some for Philly Cheesesteak Subs.
Quoted from Bax1:
so how long with this quarantine cooking thread go on? I am still in quarantine but working from home. Looks like I will be at home for a long time. Even with the state opening back up, still staying home. Have friends that want to hang but having a sick wife that is high risk, is not worth the risk. So I will have quarantine cooking for a long time. How about you guys? Still in quarantine?
If I get it its over ( 64 and copd ) Wife works as a cook is my risk.
It's not that big. It holds 2 gals of oil and does about 6 to 8 pieces of chicken. This is the smaller one. 15L
This is something my wife threw together one day, it turned out so good we been making it for the last 3 years.
Mix hamburger, green peppers, onions, sweet basil tomato sauce, trio italiano noodles. Make layers of 3 cheeses and a layer of cream cheese and 2 layers of pepperoni. 1 layer of mushrooms.
Cold warmed up
