    Quoted from cdnpinballer:

As a follow up to post # 414 on page 9....
Picked up this Weber Smokey Mountain today. Fluke thing... I replied to a classified ad and low and behold seller was another local pinhead.
Now just have to figure out what cut of meat to smoke on it....
Do any of you have one of these and willing to offer smoking tips?[quoted image]

cdnpinballer go to https://www.virtualweberbullet.com/ Great source of information and recipies. I have done BRITU (Best Ribs In the Universe) as well as Hot and Fast Chicken. Both are excellent. Looks like you picked up the medium size one (18inch?) After a few uses you will probably start looking at the bigger one (22inch). I have the medium one as well as an electric smoker. They are both great and have their uses. I hope you enjoy it.

I never get a chance to post here. I like to cook, but most stuff is not worthy of this thread. Here is one of my best. Herb crusted pork butt roast. Made 2 of them.
Garlic, rosemary, Sage, thyme, salt & pepper crusted.

Came out awesome and delicious. Makes the best gravy too

Just picked up a Blackstone and gave it a try this weekend. Home made Hibatchi, without the theatrics. Even broke out the special plates.

Next up is trying Chicken Cheesesteaks. Anyone have a good recipie?

Picked up a 2 pack of baby backs at Costco. Pulled out the Masterbuilt and let it cook while doing yard work. Came out awesome. My best ribs yet.

    Quoted from Bax1:

Those look pretty meaty for baby backs

They were very meaty and delicious. BJ’s and Costco have the same things. Relatively inexpensive and good stuff. I can’t wait to do it again.

Made pork/turkey meatballs and vegetarian lentil meatballs. Put them over braised white beans. Turned out pretty good
