Elvira and the Party Monsters
Bally, 1989Hello, Im working on an Elvira and installed new ramps from Starship Fantasy. The issue is the ball when entering ramp often jumps and hits the ramp entrance sw assy. The thicker material seems to cause this issue.
Just wondering what the best solution is for this and what others have done.

Had same issue with the new ramp. (These were ramps from about 4 yrs ago). The rivet used on the flap was too long and buckeled over a bit causing the flap to not lay flat. Had a bump/ high spot in the center that caused the ball to go airborne when going up.
Friend of mine removed the flap, cut a slightly longer one and riveted new flap on. Works like a charm now.
