OK - Relax, I know it isn't a pin but it has several pinball parts in it so please cut me some slack. Here is my issue. The game plays and looks perfect without the system 80 sound card installed (minus the sound). When the sound card is present the monitor display has a power wave running through it. It is kind of annoying and I would like to fix it if possible. The sound card has been sent in and checks out 100% (it is almost identical to the one used in Black Hole). After being serviced the sound card works perfectly with all sounds and speach but still impacts the video display quality. It is funny how many pinball parts are in this game (sound card, knocker and power supply). I guess Gottlieb just used what they had in house when trying to get into the video game market. I also totally rebuilt the power supply thinking it might be the problem. Sadly, no change. My latest thought was to go after the big filter cap in the briefcase located in the bottom of the cabinet. Does anyone have any expertise with these Gottlieb arcades that can perhaps give me a little guidance? Thanks in advance.
