Doing my first playfield swap - Seawitch with a playfield from Fantastic. It's got a beautiful clear on it, but after I got some good light on it it's clear there are a ton of microscratches all over it (see photo). Just superficial, only apparent when the light hits it right, but VERY apparent when the light hits it right.
I presume it should be simple enough to to buff this out before populating the topside, but I'm hoping to hear some recs on specific products/tools/approach. I don't have an electric buffer, but I'm interested in getting one if you have a reasonably priced recc. Specific polish product recc, or technique tips appreciated too. Figured there was BOUND to be a thread on this, but can't really find anything specific.
