You should totally pull the arms and legs off an action figure and spray paint it yellow.

Yeah, if you can't get this, there is really nothing that wouldn't fit in it's place, as the theme is so whack and open to virtually anything crazy.

I was considering buying a 3d scanner and trying to get someone to print a few from my broken one(repaired) as a pattern

I put the call out to a few mates with no luck, offer is still there as looks a easy one to design and wouldn't mind doing it for fun and free plus would like to upgrade the arms as well to be more 3d shaped.

ok, i'll repair mine with glassfibre to beef it up a bit and get a 3d scanner
