We're back!

After a disaster in our datacenter took down our server, we are now running Pinside on a brand new server. However, things may not work as expected as we are still polishing the playfield and adjusting some switches! We might be switching to maintenance mode a few times. Please see this forum topic for more info.

Hey Guys! Just curious if any Pinsiders are willing to post a photo of themselves? Be nice to put faces with names, vs just an Avatar. Let's see those mugs!

Good timing for a shameless plug. Pic on the left is me from the photoshoot of the TV show I was on that we filmed exactly one year ago. Picture on the right is me after a good solid 9 months of consistent diet and exercise. Managed to lose just over 100 pounds. No shortcuts.

WOW! -Incredibly- impressive results. Being heavy can wear on your soul - don't worry - with some different type of exercise, that goes away eventually too!

GREAT job, man! I'm at the point of needing to lose 100 lbs myself, if I wanna be around for a while. Definitely a struggle. You should be proud!

It's me. And I don't have one of those fantastic weight loss stories. I am still fat.

Oh, and the dude on the right is pretty cool too I guess.

I'm sad. I was going to post the link to Steve Kulpa's Rec Games Pinball pictures, and it's gone.

Would have been fun to see some of us a lot younger. He started it about 2001.

Steve is from my neck of the woods. He just disappeared about 4 years ago. I saw him trying to sell some games about 3 years ago.

This is one of my favorite pictures from around five years ago. I serviced movie theater projectors and sound systems for over 16 years. My wife brought our son to visit while we were doing a digital projector install.

Did the book give it away?

Yes. Read that book most likely at the same time. Later when the movie came out, I was not impressed that it did not follow the story book with the same details.

A little more recent of which I don't have many.

Rotordave snapped this one of Dani and myself riding the now dry-docked Ghostrider at Knotts Berry Farm. I was pretty hungover that day. A couple hours at Knotts can cure almost anything.

Be safe all!!! Bought first Pin couple weeks ago WOZRR n family loves it !!! Deal was I get pick on the second all on my own .Working side jobs to pay for it .Since this was the first pinball Ive played in prolly 25 years Any suggestions on a longer game than what we got .Love the game but I play GB on stern pinball app n seems like quick drains turn into a extra ball on a timer unlike this one .By the way can’t believe what I’ve been missing all these years .Unreal machine completely respect the work that goes in these I’ll bet I’ll like them all !!!!

This was a few years ago.
I made the local newspaper with this article they made for me.
The headline says: "Pinball machines are like rabbits" (before you know it you have a lot of them).
