    Quoted from tadowhere:

So, it has come and gone............. total tricker treater count: 3 (no that's not the 3 in the pic, that's my nephews and wife's son)
Weather was well ummn not good the rain/mist sucked, temp wise wasn't too bad it was in the 50's.

Congrats on your setup. It looks freaking awesome!

That's a hell of a lot of work for only 3 trick or treaters... I hope they enjoyed it at least.

    Things we do for fun!

Sorry about the Turnout....but to you and your family, our family here enjoyed your hard work and setup that you shared.
We may not have rang your door bell, but we did feel, we were treated to your home, and enjoyed the "treat"

Thank you, and thanks to all who posted for making my Halloween!

Thanks guys! No worries my expectations were low, so the three teens surpassed them (plus a few buddies stopped by so we made our own after party) I had fun getting it all set up, well except hauling the pin up the stairs.....argh I still have to bring it back down to the basement! Hope everyone had a good Halloween!

I didn't even answer the doorbell. My AC/DC and IJ were turned up too loud.

Had a good turn out tonight! 40-50 trick-or-treaters plus that number of parents. Also family, friends and neighbors. Many of the kids stayed to play a game or two. And a couple of kids had to drag their parents to the next house. Definitely worth the effort and I'll likely do again next year.

Only a handful of trick or treaters due to the weather... but was still a great party!

We kept the pins inside this year as we hosted a cul-de-sac party, but I let adults come in and play. The younger generation was more into the outdoor theater I had set up, playing Monsters and Aliens this year (Hotel Transylvania last year). I had 20+ ten and younger sitting still for 2 hours in our driveway watching. I was the hero of the the night to the parents who could enjoy the party without the little ones underfoot.

We finally counted our Trick or Treaters this year and it came out to 240 kids. I think a few ran past the candy and went straight for the games so that number may be a little higher, and we did not count adults that were with the kids. Perfect weather and a great night to be outside!

We don't have many kids in my neighborhood, so we all hung out at the community lake with a bonfire. Cooked some dogs and threw back a few chilly's. There were a couple kids there, so I invited them and their parents over to play some pins at my house. It was really just an excuse for the father and myself to keep drinking.

I think the kids thought the pins were pretty cool. They played a few games on each then moved on to air hockey, then shuffleboard, and finished up with ping pong.
