Ususlly, most new pinguys, start owning C or B titels and build there way up to A or A+++ titels. More expensive pins and so on. Thats my experience.

Was buying an arcade machine, a pinbot was standing in the background, got it offerd for crazy low price and bought it.

I absolutely fell in love with pinball. Pure love. In no time i was building up a collection. Had alot of dmd games and enjoyed them all.

Until i got hit by bally classics. OMG!!!!!
From 1980 to 82. Bally made crazy pins. I mean gameplay artwork and sounds are perfect.

My indy gold, totan and white water are gone and replaced by embryon, fathom and now newley added Eight Ball Deluxe.

My plan is to sell my dmd collection and only build up classics.

My emb and ebd got super nice clearcoated playfield, love to play em

Next one comming up for sale is CV game is like new, but it will be replaced by frontier or viking. Hope to find one in nice condition.

Yes fathom is nice, came with fabric mylar, but its not clearcoated, i just love to play em all clean clearcoated new plastic new rubber new posts. In prestine condition.

Hi Bugsy, i know what you mean, i was i love with my bally kiss, played it alot, also my paragone, until i tryed my frinds embryon. Omg sounds are SO important for me.
For me, pin HAS to have background music/sound. Also more then one or two hitting sound.
Remember playing kiss, when ball got crazy and hit many different targets the sound was wiwiwiwiwiwiwiwiiwiwiwiwiwiwiwiwiwi,wiwiwiwiwiwiwiwiwiwwi,wiwieiwiwiwiwiwiwiwiwiwi and the ball drained wiwiwiwiwiwiwiwiwiwiwiwi,wiwiwiwiwiwiwiwiwiwiwiwwwwiiiiiiii nooo i turned off the pin

I play with all ost max volume when i play.

Layout and artwork is perfect but cant deal with sound of elder bally.

Hope someday somebody builds and upgrade for the bally pins between 1976 to 1978/9

Kiss and paragon are long gone.

Oh man, paragon got NICE artwork and gameplay.

For me visual is40% feeling/vibrations10% and sounds50%

Speech is a bonus but NOT important at all. Sure its nice on ebd fathom embryon especially on centaur but still not a must. All i ment was, game like kiss the one sound only and no background noice just kills it for me. Sorry to say, because gameplay layout is awesome on it.

Dumb storey today. While buying a pin, talking in da phone. Seller tells me he has an old pin too.
Not played in years. Should work, but not played.
Seller lives half days ride from me. He tells me its a flash gordon. He bought it for in usd about 400 and wants same amount back.

So in my hopinion best ballys are, top 3 spot. Embryon fathom and ebd.

Very important needs to have background noice. Speech not imortant. I love kiss gameplay but lack of backgroundnoice and one hit sound kills the game for me.

My freedom is in storage. Dont know if i should spend cash on it. Its missing backglass. All displayes. MPu board and solonid driver board. Everything else is there.

Did put in my alltek boards from my embryon and tryed freedom for 5 mins. Dident get whole ruleset. But as i played i disciverd everything under pf works fine. Sounds arr chimes.

1000dollar question is, is freedom worth spending this much money on?? Is it worth anything?? I have read its one of the first ss bally and only 1500produced. But nobody seend to mention it anywhere

Top 3 bally pin with ebd and fathom, who agrees??

Centaur is GREAT, actially my nr 4. Electra nr 5. Flash gordon 6.

But for me paragon is a great game, nice layout, exept right flioper nr 2, its just bumb design. But the lacking background sound and monotone target hit noice kills the joy for me totally. Same with playboy, kiss, supersonic.

I really like to like future spa, but its just missing something for me. Cant get into that pin, but love the bachglass though.

Embryon got crazy nice background noice, hit sounds are great. Love the 80s sounds. Callouts are so nice. Layout is awesome, superwidebody with different areas to concentrare on to get extraball. Hard bud nice multiball mode. That spinnersound. That upper right mini playfield is so exiting.
My Emb is sat on hard gameplay its not easyly giving out extraballs. Love the cool/odd/dark theme. Soooo many pros. Only con is only 6 digit display. The takeway is: you find one - you buy it

I tryed embryon at friends place. He explaned me the ruleset. We ended up playing it for hours, despite his huge pin collection.

I searched allmost a year untill i finally found one. Blue backglass. Clearcoated playfield. Nice original cab. New posts. New plasticset and rubber. All new bulbs. All boards recapped. Its a gem. Playes incredible. Sounds awesome. When in multiball mode, its crazyfast, no matter who playes it, maby becouse of the clearcoated pf, it dranes fast, really fast. Can't enjoy mb ball mode.

But read this: any programmers out there. PLEASE UPDATE EMBRYON GAME CODE. . .
Its allmost perfect but missing one element, when in multiball mode, the game does not ancivate anything special. Would bee great if it could score double at spinner like fathom. Or something cooler, don't know but, i often feel, yeah finally multiball.... And just shoot everything in chaos order . Needs a purpose.
Any embryon owner feelin me??

Ive played playboy bally couple of times, im a huge bally lover, but dont really like that pin sorry.
Same with future spa. Popular game, but not for me.
Right now its all about EBD its just great all the way, love that left orbit shot, its so rewaring, ending up giving extraball is awesome.

Is it just me or does it seem like williams from same aera isint as good as bally pins??

Both my ebd and fathom got fully working new bulbs. Fathom is just too dark to play in a dark room. Anybody got any ideas to lit pf up?? Other then LEDs

More then half of fathoms gi is leds but still too dark to play in an unlit room

Hahahaha turn the lights on the whole idea is playing in dark room is great experience for me
I can play embryon and ebd in total darkness and its just great. They are well lit from fabric.
