Rumor is the director(Quentin Tarantino) is dictating how the game is being built and designed to some extent. This is ridiculous in my opinion. Get the license and let the experts build it… that’s a recipe for success.

Depends on your distributor. With all the delays with cactus Canyon LE my distributor reached out to me and asked if I wanted my deposit back and I took him up on it.
