If not then that’s the first mod I’m buying
I’m not a fan of mirror blades either so if someone makes some decent artblades I’d be in on those
Third, I would like a shooter rod mod, maybe a gimp head?
Agreed on all 3.
I do hope someone can make a better cheeseburger.
Quoted from Pinball_Eddie:I’m hoping stumblor creates some, his are in a league of their own.
I have never seen his stuff. Is it like Liors quality??? His stuff is also off the chart amazing. I bought his TREX .

The round steel ball shooter rod on this machine helps with the classic feel it’s trying to achieve. Just throwing in my .02 after many plays on it myself.

Thanks Eddie that's kind of you to say. Definitely some stuff in the works for pulp! See if you can guess where?
This game will be a tricky one to mod because the aesthetic is so well defined. It's really important that whatever changes we make keep within that well defined structure. I have some great ideas!
On the topic of modding. Less is more as far as games of this era having lots of mods. I think what the design team did already is plenty IMO.
I think the gameplay/classic era style is all I ever needed, but the fact that it is Pulp Fiction is certainly a bonus. No doubt inspiring to mod makers.

I completely agree, and I hope that what I have in store will walk that tightrope sufficiently to change your mind
Who's working on the syringe plunger?
Honestly not sure what all would be cool on this. I know lots of people aren't digging the burger, so guessing there will be something to replace that.

A perfect spot for Zed's Chopper Grace, maybe with a light up head light?

I am one for a burger mod with a red led showing the raw meat...HAHA.

What’s peoples beef with the burger (see what I did)? Just curious because it looks like a very burgery burger to me with perfectly fine burger vibes.

Definitely would rather have the chopper there.

for fuchs sake put that chopper somewhere....shit Zed gave his life for it so Bruce could take the keys and throw that ditzy pancake eating chick on the back of it to ride bitch...has got to get in there somewhere...

I'll likely add mirror blades to this one...but personally see no need for a shaker with this theme...but that's just me.
Quoted from Astropin:but personally see no need for a shaker with this theme...but that's just me.
You should experience first hand how George used the shaker before making that judgement.
Definitely mirror blades I have on my medieval madness royal, and it looks great really opens up the playfield
Nice comment on the shaker. Can’t wait to see how that’s Incorporated

True enough.

Don’t make the mistake of expecting any information whatsoever over the next 2-3 years. Many have preceded you in folly.

I am forunate enough to live about 10 minutes away from Enterrium in Schaumburg, IL. I have been frequenting radomly since Pulp Fiction arrived and there are ALWAYS follks playing it. They have all the newer Sterns.. Rush, Zilla, Foo etc., That place seems to get whatever is new before anyone. So Galactic Tank Force, Godfather and now Pulp Fiction have popped up.
Just perception from my visits as weekends and mondays ($.50 day) are crazy busy there...and while you will absolutely wait in line to play Pulp Fiction, you won't have to playing anything else that is new.
And I can see why. How dare they make something this good. Everything about this game feels right. I have seen a fair number of new games come along in last few year and while some were better than others, Pulp Fiction feels like a right-out-of-the-gate homerun.
The overall look, feel, flow... and even down to the damn flickering digit in the score window of a system 6 just feel right - lol!
You literally smile the entire time.
Cheers to everyone buying one! I love this game.

Quoted from digitaldocc:When will PF show up on location. I'd like to give it a flip.
Already on location in Chicago. Road trip!
Here’s some mods already for sale. I bought a shooter rod from Bill at TPF. Nice guy and good quality product.

Personally, I think the silver ball shooter that comes on the machine fits the look perfect and feels very solid.

The fact that it has callouts without video clips is one of my favorite things about it - looks like a phenomenal game.
I love hearing the callouts from Ghostbusters, but wished they had had the LCD screen as they had the movie assets from what I heard. That would have been great, but just hearing it and not seeing it is fine with me.
I'm sure Pulp Fiction will have the same effect on me, but it would have been funny as hell having the video of Bruce and Ving in the Basement

Very nice couple. They make great stuff.
I'm new to this thread and am wondering. Does anyone else feel jipped when a new game comes out and there's no screen? Is it nostalgia? Personally I feel like I'm getting less. What's the consensus on why no screen?
Quoted from JBtheAVguy:I'm new to this thread and am wondering. Does anyone else feel jipped when a new game comes out and there's no screen? Is it nostalgia? Personally I feel like I'm getting less. What's the consensus on why no screen?
I believe Tarantino wanted it that way
Quoted from centerflank:I believe Tarantino wanted it that way
True. Dev team showed Tarantino a concept that was a modern pin with a screen and he barfed all over it.
Just got a Bond 60th (as a placeholder until my PF LE gets here) and I'm loving it. Screen basically is telling you what mode you're in (text) and for Insider Connected login. Based on people have said about PF using lights to guide you, I'm not going to miss the screen at all
Quoted from JBtheAVguy:I'm new to this thread and am wondering. Does anyone else feel jipped when a new game comes out and there's no screen? Is it nostalgia? Personally I feel like I'm getting less. What's the consensus on why no screen?
For me, screen or no screen doesn't matter. All that matters is do I find the layout interesting to shoot, is there an interesting and challenging set of rules that fits well with that layout, and is it fun to play (good energy from sounds & callouts).
Screen gives something to watch for the people waiting, but for the player it only gives some info while playing. And I think Pulp Fiction demonstrates that info can still be nicely presented in other ways without using a screen.
Quoted from JBtheAVguy:I'm new to this thread and am wondering. Does anyone else feel jipped when a new game comes out and there's no screen?
Nope. I think it's refreshing going back to the mid 80s especially with the look and feel of the game from the playfield and coin door perspective. I only really need to know 3 things when playing pinball.
1. Score
2. Ball in play
3. Credits/free play
The rest is just eye candy. But here's the thing with the new larger LCD screens, they put so damn much information on them the important information gets lost or it is so small you have to be 2' away from the game to read it. Some of the fonts are horrible too. I'm looking at you Aerosmith.
I know Rush added settings to select the amount of superfluous information around the edges of the screen with the exception of the 3 things I mentioned above. Unfortunately, they didn't make the score larger with the extra space nor did they eliminate the score area of players not currently playing.
When it comes to the new screens and the information on them "just because you can, doesn't mean you should".
