    A lot of people have ordered the hobbit, MMR, zombie land, predator, etc and realize they are almost $30k in the hole and have nothing to show for it. I heard if you ordered hobbit from anyone else other than jjp, you can not back out of the hobbit and get a refund. Probably why you see hobbits already for sale here. People will drop out of any type of preorders for all reasons. Means nothing.
