Pulled off power driver board...how much discoloration is ok?

I pulled off my PD board on my STTNG to re-solder a pad on the J121 connector (or replace it, but really everything looks fine and it just needs re-soldered). When I got it off, I was surprised to see some browning on the board underneath the heat sinks. I figure at 20 years old this is probably not that bad and nothing to be concerned about, but thought I'd lean on the expertise here before I put it all back together.

Here's a photo of the back of the board:

The other that I noticed is that some of the green coating on the traces is bubbling. That's also probably normal, but thought I'd double check.

Looks normal. Most boards look like that. I can only see one repair on the board , lower left. Board looks good.

Yeah, that's a transistor that was replaced in the bank about J137. Either he lifted traces when he did it or that was part of the failure. Decent looking repair, all things considered, so I think we're good to go.

Now, off to add a Molex connector to the wires!
