Hi I'm facing problem with the high voltage output of the psu and I want to replace the electrolytic caps.I need to make sure I have the correct component to replace them. The original caps are rated as 100MFD 150v and the one I have are 100μF 250v can I use them?Does MFD means micro farrads?

That is correct. Mfd is micro farad. The voltage is the the breakdown voltage so 250 is better than 150. Make sure you put in the new ones correctly with the + and - the correct way.

I replaced the caps but I still facing an over voltage problem on pin3(-100v) of J5 connector it shows - 150 v the pin 4 shows +96v.I also replaced an shorted zener diode Z4(1N4763).What could cause the problem?
