Just to chime in on this - I order stuff from PSPA quite a bit and I never have any problems . Admittedly I'm located in Australia so don't have to worry about international delivery delays. I just had a board repaired (very cheap and great quality repair thanks guys) and sent an email out at 7pm or so asking for details I received a response back from Mark that evening saying he'd chase it up straight away and I was able to pick it up the next day. At least for us Aussies PSPA has a great choice of parts, prices and postage is good value and they're genuinely very helpful. A great bunch of guys to deal with.
