My God - some people really expect too much. Just because you can send an email in seconds doesn't mean somebody is sitting at the computer screen just itching to respond to you.
How about some COMMON SENSE!!!
Oh, that's right - it doesn't exist any more!!
To ask if they are still in business because they took a while to respond to you is a pretty big insult.
