In all my 10 years of dealing with Mark i always found him to be a friendly, helpful and genuine bloke!! I was totally green to pinball when i first brought my BOP in for repair and he was welcoming and never condescending to a total pin newb...even when not long after i brought one half of a Daytona Twin in (a distance of 330km) which only needed a game board repair LOL...like i said, i was a green newb 
From that day on and through the following years we got to share some laughs, some home brew scotch (in a way) and a mutual respect (i hope) His loss is a loss to the hobby 
My thoughts are with his family, close friends and the PSPA staff at this sad time!!
