My black big toe wants to remind you! Wear shoes when moving this stuff.

Yes, obvious. But not always followed.

    pics or it didn't happen.....LOL

Shoes don't help much. Steel toed boots ftw

    live dangerously, wear flip flops......

Any protection is better than none!

I wear slippers when just shuffling games around.

Any serious moving or break-down/set-up, I tend to put sneakers on. Not that they'll actually help protect the little piggies from a 350lb rectangular box...

I have wondered many times why people will spend thousand of dollars on a pinball machine and they aren't willing to part with 350 for a pinball dolly. I have had mine for close to 20 years and it's the best money I have ever spent in the hobby. And yes wear shoes

Eh, I've been collecting for 18 years and never had the desire for a pinball dolly. It only does one thing, takes up room, costs money.

    Thats 2 things

It stores under a game. You can barely tell it's there and that's dead space anyway. It's a back saver for sure and makes it simple to adjust leg levelers etc....

I do have a pin dolly. It's quite useful.

You can shame me, but this happened moving a Tempest.

I (literally) feel your pain. Dropped a Space Invaders Deluxe upright on my right foot years ago-thought I had the blasted thing sitting on a pickup tailgate; it slid off and BAM!!! Did not help that I had an ingrown toenail on said foot at the time- the whole front half of my shoe/sock was a bloody mess after that. Live and learn...

Did it at least "resolve" your ingrown toenail?

did the shock from the drop pop all six rackin' frackin' popcap transistors? I even look sideways at my tempest and it pops one.

OUCH! I know your pain. I dropped the full weight of an upright Asteroids on my big toe moving it over to SFGE 2014.
wow that hurt - tennis shoes didn't help much at all. Turned black and Lost the toenail a month later. New one grew in. Eventually...

I wish i still had the pictures of when i had a 2 player sit down final lap drop on my foot and my friends foot. Both in flip flops. We were both stuck under it unloading from a truck, i was pushing with my other foot to get it off, and he was pushing the other way to get it off him. He never got xrays, i had a small fracture and both our feet were swelled to easily twice their size. Had trouble walking for a month

    Joel, ouch!

I'm following in your "toe steps" and expected a similar outcome from my black toe nail.
