I ordered a couple adapters on Amazon that convert the NES classic to standard NES ports so I can use my much-preferred dogbone NES controllers. The original squarish controllers are definitely more nostalgic but my hands start to hurt pretty quick using those.
Missed these the first time around but secured one at the local Best Buy today.

I went to Best Buy Friday to pick up my NES and was looking to see if they had any extra controllers. They had just one SNES on the shelf but I already have one. They're still floating around.
