Hi to everyone,
I just picked up a non working Tales of the crypt (my first not working DE).

For sure need some work on the power supply board (see picture), change broken fuse holder and replace some funny modification at CN8.

Now the question, where I can find a READABLE schema for those board? Actually, on the IPDB manual I can not understand what is F1 for (for example) and what is the equivalent of J1,J2,J3 etc in CN.

Maybe it is my misinterpretation ... thanks to those who want help me.

You probably already noticed, but your CN1 pins 10, 11 and 12 are hacked too.

Thank @Grizlyrig,
I see flipperwinkel's site before but look to have schema different than the schematics in ipdb.

For Example:
flipperwinkel
Power Supply Board (in backbox).
F1= 7a slo-blo for +5 vdc (regulator input 9 vac)

but in the schematics F1 seem to be a fuse for GI (look attached picture)... and the fuse for BR is not named (is F5????).

For rad I see that hack but before take any action I want to know perfectly how this circuit works... on this case I don't find on the schematics CN1

...maybe I make a mistake but this drive me crazy...

Thanks to everyone

Quoted from Watto:

I cannot find CN1 in the Ps's schema but I found a referenced C1-P10/11 on the shaker motor schema... But where 9V came from...

This is from part 2.. http://techniek.flipperwinkel.nl/desega/index2.htm
It gives an explanation of the pin layout of CN1

I found the "problem" ... and obviously it was my problem. The power board which is installed on my pinball is not the REV.B (by the book) but the REV.A. So, I've an hacked wrong board.
In the LW3's manual there is the correct schema.

Now the fuse codes and the codes of the connectors have sense and also the hacks are not really invasive but only solve a problem of burned connectors.

Thanks a lot to everyone.
