A lot of times the programmable ROMs will be labeled "proto", and in most cases that is very common...and socketed ROMs are easily transferred between games. Overall from the pics, there is nothing obviously different from my own PinBot. You could always shoot the seller a message asking for the serial number. If anything, that will tell you how early in production that particular game is.
That said, the price isn't too far off for the overall condition if you could keep it closer to the opening bid rather than the bin price.
