I met Jim and his wife Saturday when they dropped off Judge Dredd. I gotta say they are the nicest people. After traveling all day and dropping off Rob's pin they still had the greatest attitudes and it was my pleasure to meet them.

Unfortunately I only got to play one game and then had to pack up the room for painting on Sunday. Here's before and after:

Larry, it really made my day dropping the game off to such nice people ! I had a great time in California even though it was short .

The room looks amazing WOW ! Where is the topper ?

Thanks. I'm still putting the room back together and I have to fabricate the bracket. I should have it mounted by Friday. The leds are ordered. I'll clean up and wax the playfield when I install the leds.

Thanks again for bringing it out!

Jim is a great guy, he has gone out of his way for me as well.

    #5 10 years ago

Agreed! He sent me a MB plastic I was missing on my machine when I acquired it (locally from someone else). He wouldn't let me pay him and shipped it out instantly. Top notch!

Plus, he also convinced me to drive my ass round-trip to AZ for an ACDC machine (and I'm still glad I took his crazy advice, lol)

It looks like you are living well. Congrats!

Indeed he is, and in many ways. It was great to finally meet him in person this last weekend.

    Congrats on the pin Larry!

Jim is a good dude, that's for sure. Half the reason I was so interesting in checking AC/DC out was due to his excitement for the game when we spoke by phone about it months ago. When I finally got a shot at it, I saw what he meant.

When are you coming back up this way, Jim? It's been too long since we've had a pin night.
