Hey all, it seems that there are a few pinheads on here from Eastern VA now, so I'm proposing a get-together at my house on the evening of 3/31. Bring your own libations and a dish to pass and I'll prepare some charred animal flesh. My lineup on here is current and always subject to change.

Post here if you're in and I'll pm the address and my number. It's in the Churchland area of Portsmouth, so you can hardly hear the gunshots.

My buddy Chip who has the T2 I sold him is in. We're up to 5!

Looks like we're up to about a half dozen or so attendees.

The menu will include smoked ribs and BBQ chicken drumsticks. Looking forward to meeting some pinheads!

I think I may have overdone it on the ribs and chicken, so bring a healthy appetite. Other than that, I dunno... chips and dip? Potato salad? Fruit? Seriously, there's going to be a lot of food.

Here's a few pictures from last night. It was great to see old friends again as well as meet a few new ones and match faces to Pinsider profiles. I would gladly do this again, it was a lot of fun. I'm not sure I wanna invite Maniac though... I'm gonna have to put in a lot of time on AFM now to beat his GC score!

Had to be a case of "beginners luck", I've never played AFM before. Just trying to hit anything that was lit. I'll know the rules next time around Must have got the extra energy boost from those awesome ribs you smoked for us.

Did you Venetian plaster your ceiling?

I didn't do anything. The whole house is like that, even the finished part of the garage. I was just happy they were able to match it pretty decently when I had a little water damage 5 days before we were supposed to close.
