    Both of those are fine examples of BS. How about packing somewhat fragile parts(ie: hard to find plastics or..?) in an appropriate manner so they/it have a chance at surviving shipping? Or at the very least, own your mistake and refund the $$. Some people will sell their soul for $40. or less. All in all, symptoms of a greater ill in this country. Thank God I have alcohol and pinball for a coping mechanism..
