I was also going to suggest Pinball FX 2 as a possible source. The voices are pretty good and there is both an X-men and a Wolverine table. Not sure if you'd be able to find the audio files directly on the Steam version, otherwise you might be able to turn down the music and sound effects to 0 and get some clean recordings. You might also try messing with the operator settings in order to make it easier to do all the modes and trigger the speech.
