With playfield, cabinet issues and other parts hoping you didn’t pay more than $6k. Just playfield replacement is $1300, cabinet decals are like $300 I think, etc. of course you can’t put a price on all that time!

Also, take your time and it will come out great!

Also, this is a recent build (see main pcb with pink connector) that probably received damage shipping from overseas.

Did you buy damaged TBL from Cointaker or shipper? I heard they received some damaged recently.

You can see blue tape and egg foam on the game that come on games from the factory.

Quoted from knockerlover:

A couple of lessons learned for anyone doing this kind of glass cleanup in the future.
- This glass will get in your skin and your eyes. Wear vinyl gloves and safety glasses. Sounds silly, but it's a huge pain point literally
- A good light is VERY important, I'm using two SMD LED Light Panel's amazon.com link » each mounted to a microphone boom stand. I prefer LED's because they are about as bright as a halogen but not nearly as hot to work under.
- If you can help it, never wipe the glass shards or dust off the surface. Use the vaccum or another tool to lift directly off surfaces. Wiping even gently WILL scratch everything with the fine dust, it's worse than sandpaper.
- I used a powerful shopvac with a big hose to get the large pieces of glass up, and the wooden end of a small toothpick to poke some of it loose to get sucked up into the vacuum.
- This glass can get everywhere, check saucers, scoops, under plastics/ramps, bottom of cabinet. You may have to remove plastics, some mechs, and even subways to get to it all (I even found glass in the back of the cabinet speaker and surround).
- Go over the game from multiple angles, stand on both sides in multiple orientations and try to look under every fixture on the playfield. Once you think you have it all, you will inevitably find more.
- Take a 30 minute+ break once you think you've got all the glass and come back (you'll find more) or even better challenge a friend or family member to find any leftover glass
- Once all of the major pieces of glass are removed, 1 1/4” adapter at the end of the shop-vac and the micro cleaning kit were able to effortlessly get almost ALL the dust up. I did find however, that the brush tools moved the glass dust around and scratched the surface. Recommend using the tools without the brushes just above the surface first, and then coming back with the brush tools.
- I went over the whole game with compressed air using my big air compressor, but you could use can air as well (dont forget those safety glasses)
- Finally, once you're sure you have all the glass up, normal novus 3, 2, 1 + wax on the plastics and playfield surface will help smooth out some leftover scratches

You forgot 1 step....

Turn your TBL machine upside down and shake it out.....

I’m not exactly sure how this happened, possibly the playfield underside was able to run into the bowling mech with the glass out?
Couple of small SMDs/resistors knocked off the front main board. Working on acquiring a replacement.. seems like everything works except lower right flipper so will start working the cabinet corners now.

This is a known issue that requires lock down bar adjustment. See other TBL forum thread.
