Check fuse F115. Also check the connector at J101 on the power board. Pull it off and examine it, does the connector (or the pins) look burned or discolored?

No need to be scared. J101 is 5V from your power board to your MPU. If your MPU doesn’t get power it won’t boot, surprise!
If the pins are loose or the connector is burned or damaged it causes that kind of behavior. Sounds like you need to rebuild that connector.

Yeah, I wouldn't mess with J101 with the power on; J101 is your AC transformer voltage coming into the Power Driver...You should be scared messing with that one.
