You may need the the 5.0 software for it to work properly (your startup screen says 4.0). I remember reading this before installing mine. I already had the updated software, but I think the chip is like $15 and not hard to replace. Color DMD should be able to help, and the guys on the Simpsons Pinball Party club thread would also have more info. Good luck.
