installed the color chip(underside of playfield) the original display is colorized and working fine, installed the larger display and everything is scrambled, colored lines going across the display. Is there a step that I am missing or could the new display be defective

I dont see a MICRO SD chip in the upgrade kit, all that was in the envelope was a new security chip and a chip puller

I will download the files. the thing that is confusing me is once I added the new security chip the original display has full colorization
is the download specifically for the new display
