Does Mirco often go silent for periods of time? I ordered Rad Cals for my BoP a month ago. I installed last week and realized that one of the side panels was cut incorrectly prior to shipment. I'm trying to contact Mirco to get a replacement but I haven't been able to get a response from him (I've tried through email and facebook).
