The connector (green/white wires)that goes from the mpu to the driver board looks unseated on the right side.
I would disconnect it and re-seat it for a better connection.
Do you have the manual with schematics?
It helps when fixing machines.
Check those batteries for corrosion.(clean holder and replace batteries.)
You probably don't know about doing the ground mods but that should be done as well.
