Pinball Flop Flip
first coil was burned had to buy new coil and insert new coil. start pinball and plug close in coil and make lots of sound and coil got very hot had to turn off power and plug open out. I do not know if cord is the right place? do i need reverse wire? or what should i find out?

Is that the bonus count stepper?

The new coil appears to be the "step up coil" according to a parts manual http://www.planetarypinball.com/reference/partsmanuals/BLY_Parts_1976/index.html#/116/zoomed

The image is hard to tell if a couple of switches need adjustment the one shown to the right looks like an EOS switch I think it is supposed to be an open contact tighten screws before adjustment

The other switch has the spacer attached to it on the left and should be open as well.

Another thing to look for is a stuck playfield switch that would add bonus. Let the coil cool down between sessions

The coils on an EM can't be wired "backwards" so you should be ok there.
