Looks to me like the Show My Location checkbox is broken. After unchecking, saving settings, and logging out (to view as the rest of the world would see it rather than myself), location pin is still shown in community map view. Also while hiding my collection works correctly in my profile view, the number of machines I own is shown in the community map view even though the titles list is hidden. The same goes for looking up a particular machine... the owner name does not show in the game summary page but going to a location on the map will show the pushpin - revealing I in fact do!

So everybody out there, go look up your favorite lurker before this gets fixed! ;-P
