I was wondering if anyone has created a printable version of the game rating page? When I go to an arcade with a bunch of machines, it would be nice to have a sheet to fill out right then and there. Instead of trying to remember when I get home. I can certainly make some myself, it shouldn't be hard. Just wondering so I don't reinvent the wheel. Thanks!

Well, I just went ahead and made one. It's not the prettiest thing in the world, but it should be sufficient. Here are two versions, one for Letter sized paper, and one for A4 sided paper.

    Very impressive.

You should make one for all of us to use when we have sex ? Why stop at taking the fun out of just pinball ?

Lol - I’m joking - very cool idea even for folks going to shows. I used to put games I liked in my phone notes then I would forget if I really liked it / wanted to buy one or just was enamored with it. The detail is cool for people to look back on. Then of course you’re that nerd at the pinball show with a binder.
