Quoted from insight75:Congrats. Take care of the shooter rod. It's so easy to put a knee in to it when setting up/moving. Ask me how I know.
Will do!
Quoted from number_runner:Glad to see another one in Colorado!!! We love ours [quoted image]
Good to know! I am excited for the game.
Quoted from bigehrl:nice! where'd you find a NIB?
Cointaker had one. It hasn’t been on their website. I played it at TPF and loved it. I asked Melissa if she happened to have one hiding in the warehouse half joking. She said yes! She actually had two. The first one arrived a few weeks ago with a fork through the cabinet. So she sent me the other one. The first one will go back to stern for repair.
Quoted from oldskool1969:mine is 6 deg and fast with a few coil settings tweaked combined with silicone rubber.
Woo hoo
I have WNBJM but you can use all three codes to switch it up
Great day
Awesome! I am 5.5 at the moment. I am going to be up all night playing this thing.
Quoted from insight75:Wow. If I knew she had one I would have grabbed that a long time ago! Congrats!
Well in theory the one I refused is on its way to Stern to repair and should come out good as new. I would have just waited and taken that repaired one but she had the other and sent it to me. So I expect she will have that one for sale once it is repaired. The damage was just on the underside. The rest of the game looked great. Zoom in on the hole in the box and you can see where the fork chewed into the cabinet.

I waited for one to come up for sale in my area and I grabbed it. I contacted stern about getting a new back glass frame because where the bracket screws hold the glass.....there is a bit of a blemish on all 4 corners that likely happened during shipping. Its not that noticable but I'm a bit of a perfectionist. They indicated no more parts for these. So be careful!
Insane how often the fork lift drivers mess up these games!
Yeah I have those on my NIB frame as well. It is rivet/weld poking trough the frame from the slip in fastener on the backside of the frame. Bugs me a bit as well. But as you said no parts. The game is fun enough that I have already gotten over it lol.
Quoted from insight75:Yeah I honestly thought I've seen that in pics of some others.....so I guess most are probably like that. I've mostly gotten over it too. What I like most about the game is the song just keeps playing ball after ball.....no breaks. So cool.
Yeah I really like that as well. My wife just got home from work and beat all my high scores. So now I have to try and fix that. I explained the skill shot to my 8 year old and she got it on her first ever plunge on the game. It wasn’t dumb luck either. She kept hitting it. I am screwed.
Did all the primus machines end up shipping with final code? I can’t find code on sterns website. Mine shows 1.03. Also what do I lose turning on family mode? Callouts and songs?
Also can we petition to change the thread name to a club name or just Primus sucks so I don’t have sadness every time I see it lol?

1.04.0 is there Dude, scroll down to date 12/22/20
Ahh. Thank you! I made the mistake of only looking at the game filter drop down and not seeing Primus.
Quoted from bigehrl:Every time you tilt with a ball pinned between the bottom of the flipper and the star post below it, and the game lifts the flippers during ball search to release it... I did that.

Ha. I saw that in the release notes. Seemed like a real edge case for the software team. That is crazy you ran into it and awesome they fixed the code to handle it.
Here’s a fun one. Ball no longer ejects from trough at game start. In switch test the trough optos register. In coil test the trough eject fires. In the actual trough test nothing happens. Thoughts?
Also the game doesn’t make the normal sound when you open the coin door. It does make a sound like all other games when you open the door, right?
bigehrl helped me troubleshoot this over the phone. Thanks for reaching out!
When I was doing the warm white conversion I accidentally got the shooter lane switch stuck closed. So it always thought a ball was sitting there. Whoops. I’ll attach and pic. Also before and after if the warm white conversion. 100% must do for this game!
