They may be nice but the way you write an advert is to brush aside any negatives and focus on all the bling (to some, crap) you have added. You will win over more people and get more offers if you do a better job of pointing out all flaws. You may want to also lower your prices if they don't sell for a while as that is an indicator you are too high.
