I have noticed a lot of people offering used SM, ST, MET, SPP, etc for sale at $5k+.
I am in the market for one of these games but honestly, I am concerned that I should hold off because of possible VE releases from Stern at the $5,500 price range.

Why should I buy HUO for $5,000 when I can buy NIB for $5,500?

Will the VE release "threat" depress the market for used stern games?

Honestly I would love to buy a NIB Stern LOTR for $5,500 and I hope they release one but I think the threat of new VE should put the damper on these high asking prices for used games. If I can buy NIB for $5500 I would only pay $4400 or so for HUO and only $3800 or so for a routed game....

From what I can see, people are still paying $5000 + for these games and it doesn't make sense to me..... thoughts?
