So I have a friend of a friend interested in my ToM. Not really sure what a fair price would be..

    PROs:
Cab and Playfield are both probably 9.5 out of 10
    Color DMD
    pinballbulbs LED kit installed

    CONs:
Trunk error comes up time to time
tigersaw and pop bumper marquee mods aren't working (don't know what the issue is)

I've looked on the market, but still a little unsure on what would be fair...6500?

I always suggest going to the market place and select "Achieved Ads" and see what Actually sold. Look at those ads as compatibles to what your game looks like and how its configured/quality/addons/upgrades etc and subtract some value for some of the issues you Know are wrong with your game. Just a baseline but Actual sales are a fair barometer in my view. Granted the Current market World issues may deviate that normal. Good luck.

    "Archived Ads" also works too.

I have sold many TOMs and most that come up seem to be in good shape with the exception of insert wear in front of the trap door. The average price for a decent one always seems to be right around $6K. I wouldn't let the trunk error or mods not working scare you. Most likely they are just plugged in wrong. The tiger saw mod isn't cheap and a great mod.

For the trunk error try cleaning the gearbox gears with something like break cleaner and grease with super lube.
Then put in a new motor from
    kimballs pinballs, that’s fixed mine.
I sold my pretty nice theater 2 years ago for 6k and prices have seemed to go up so 6500 sounds pretty fair for a descent one.
