Skimming this thread, I see some themes.
If someone sells an item for more than you feel is fair, they are somehow morally suspect.
No one agrees on who gets to make the determination of what is and is not morally suspect behavior. Mostly, it appears to be if the item is one you desire and someone else possesses.
JJP has done a great job of screwing their distributors by selling direct to customers with no deference to the distributors. This pits an uninformed public against the distributors. They have an issue with lack of communication. Note that Spooky has both direct sales and distributors and we don't see people bitching about it.
