Track down the owner, explain that the game hasn't worked in 6 months and you were interested in buying it. Let him throw out the 1st number and go from there. Maybe he says 3G, maybe 5G and you can counter at 4. You never know what he thinks it's worth. Right now it's a non working paperweight that's not bringing in any money for the owner.
