Have the opportunity to buy a Breakshot. Played it last night. Wanted to hate it so I wouldn't be interested, too bad that didn't work out. What a great throwback game with great shots and a very cool toy. Some things wrong, a few lights out (no biggie obviously), DMD looks to be fading on the lower portion of it, a weak slingshot, and just a few scuffs/scratches on the cab that need to be touched up. The playfield was like gloss and looks like it has a gazillion layers of clear on it. All targets and toys work perfectly. I'm thinking it would go perfectly into my stable (can't call it a collection with just one pin LOL) and is a nice change of pace from BF. Plus, while the game is slightly off color, my kids would really like it and I could see it being more approachable when friends are over.

Here's the CL add. Seems a little high to me. What say you guys/gals?

Are WPC/Bally DMD's compatible?

So $1,200 at most considering it's going to need a new DMD?

I agree about the price check threads. Same for me as far as prices are concerned. I am told I shouldn't pay more than $2k for a JD or $1500 for JP, yet those prices are nowhere near what they are being sold for in my area.

Funny how both of us are looking for Breakshots and there seem to be quite a few out there despite the fact that only 1000 were made.
