Saw this ad late last night on Craigslist for a Williams Sorcerer:

chicago.craigslist.org link

Looks to be in fairly decent shape, but the pic of the front shows a mark and some wear.

Going to make contact with the seller today and looked at past discussions on here about what these pins sell for. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. (Part of me thinks it may be a tad overpriced.)

I think it's a little overpriced. I sold mine about four years ago for $750.00 and it was shopped and in above average condition. Although, I'm in PA (which is usually pricy for pins) so I don't know the price difference between the two states. He's also got a shop so there's overhead he has to pay for.

$750 to $1000 is a fair price range depending on condition.

I sold one for 1k a few months ago. Nice condition but not perfect. First person to inquire took it. I got a lot of emails after offering $900

The guy appears to be a dealer, and the game is priced accordingly. Legs are rusted, but that's a cheap fix.

If you really want the game, I'd go $1000. Someone will probably take it at the asking price, though, so up to you.

I'd say roughly $800, but someone would probably pay higher if they wanted it.

Depends on how bad you want it. The leg bolts are rusty, but they're a cheap replacement.

$800. From a dealer obviously more.

I paid a bit more than that for mine but it had a NOS MPU board, new pinscore power supply, full LED and touched up and clearcoated playfield.

$1000 sounds more appropriate if its all original.

Wish I was closer!

I have one in similar condition (far as I can tell from the pics) for a little cheaper. I will likely take it to Expo this year if I still have it in OCT.

He's selling it on consignment for someone else and won't do better than $1200 delivered (lives about 30-40 miles away).

Guess I shouldn't squabble about a couple hundred $$$ but at that hem/haw stage.

^^If you want it, get it! Not worth the haggle IMO.
