Players game, unshopped, works 100%, no battery damage on CPU. Nice backglass, cabinet and PF probably an 8 out of 10.
Only PF wear is in front of flippers.

Selling to a friend so looking for a fair price both ways. Do not see much on this one for sale. I am guessing $1000 - $1500???
I could touch up PF and shop but thinking of letting it go as-is.
Thanks, Bob

That would make a buyer very happy for a rare title that is easily top-10 all time:

Pickup for ~$1300, Parts ~$200, New PF ~$900 (when they pop -- it's gonna happen at some point)

~$2400 for a near CQ solid state is my sweet spot. For this title, $2800 isn't unreasonable imo.

If boards or displays need help -- then $1000.

with such a rare title I dunno if the market is there for a reproduction playfield.

This is a popular tournament game, for sure. I'd think $1000 in this condition is a good deal. I wouldn't call the PF an 8/10 with the center wear. More like a 5/10

I sold an very nice one for 3K, it was the nicest original example that I have seen.

$1500 is probably fair for both. Maybe give him a friend discount to help with the common stuff this game needs: New 40pin connector, Off board battery, resistors replaced on driver board, connector work, power board rebuild with new caps (all spelled out in Vid's guide), plus shop job parts.

Open market it is 2000 easy sale as-is (just based on parts complete, clean boards, and nice backglass) and more likely 2500.
Good rare games of this era in working order (you would need to shop and rubber it) are 2500 easy.

Friend price of 1500 is more than nice of you.

You can always go hunt Pinside archives to get some ideas of past sales.
This appears to be most recent and it sold for 2350 in 1 day.

See, there is your top dollar game right there. When they exist like that, I would find it hard to buy a beater for 2500.

If you want to trade it, let me know. I have some very nice games.

I bought that one. Paid $1900 for it. John (pinball plus) usually list things on the higher end of the price spectrum. He never closed the ad and documented the sale with pinside, so its not going to show up in the archives. It is very similar to the one described here.
Prior to buying this, I had the chance to buy one in Kansas City for $2200, but all shopped out.
and Prior to that I found another player in Kansas City where the buyer wanted $1800
Then, just today, a friend just told me of another Barracora available in MN. Guess these aren't so rare if I can find one this easily.

nice

I asked about that one and was told it was already sold so I assumed it went at full price.

I paid alot more for this beauty...but its amazing. Perfect backglass, cleared playfield. Just needs cab redone to make it mint but its already 8/10 so not rushing.
I think above prices are on the low side.

For players or beater machines? No way. I don't think 1500-2000 is far off for the one pictured by the OP. If the boards need serious overhaul, I would not pay 1500 for it.

Maybe beater with dud boards I guess. I'm always looking from Aus dollar as well sorry.
