$2500 for a faded beater in need of a swap.
$3700 for a nice one with a ton of mods (unfaded cabinet & no obvious PF wear that can't be covered by a Cliffy). Same game $3400 with no mods.
Not 100% sure on these next two: IIRC, low-play HUO near 5; recent HEP: 6.

They can go for $4k and slightly more in SoCal for nice ones. I personally know of 3 that have sold in the last 5 months for $4k and up.

That sold in less than 20 minutes. "SMassa" sent an email within about 20 minutes of the posting and it was already sold. He had 6 people lined up to buy it.
He obviously priced that one quite a bit less than what he could have got for it.
