I have no idea what this is worth in its current condition. I am debating whether it is worth selling, or keep it around for parts needed in the future (I plan on owning SS again whenever I can track one down) Plastics look complete and look to be in decent shape. PF is pretty shot, but I've seen much, much worse on a SS. Ramp is missing a small piece near the entrance, but looks pretty good overall. The whites are very discolored on PF. It looks like it was in a very smoky bar. It looks complete, minus some acorn nuts, screws, and some starposts. I would really appreciate any input. My feelings wont be hurt if you tell me its not worth the cost of shipping

The white filmy stuff on the PF is novus 2. I did a quick clean to see what I had under the dirt and never properly cleaned it up

I have seen a lot worse!

To me - I would think $150 to $200 plus shipping depending on someones needs. I have paid $100 for much worse playfields just because I needed game specific parts from them. Most modern era playfields have at least $150 worth of parts on them so I always value pretty much any complete playfield at $50 to $100 (again depending on my needs). Since SS is a popular system 9 machine I have to think at least $150 is more than fair.

What did you end up doing up with this playfield?

#6 10 years ago

Damn where did you get that pos???

#7 10 years ago

Are you selling this playfield? Possibly interested

#8 10 years ago

Just picked up a SS so I started looking at SS threads. Need some parts so figured its a good place to start

I have the op's playfield. Bought it from fast-ed near St. Louis, along with his space shuttle. Have a CPR playfield on the way so I'm not sure what is going to happen with this one.

Cool did you find a playfield? Did rick ever message you back? I got tired of waiting for him. Ed

I'd use it as a guide, then sell it for 200.00 or so. Ed

The folks at PPS took good care of me

I could use the ball gate from under the shuttle if you're planning on parting this out.

That ball gate is nearly impossible to recreate. It is not available anywhere

There was a ball gate on ebay

Yeah, unfortunately the seller doesn't ship to Canada. I'd just be happy to borrow one so I can use it as a template to make a few spares.
