Looking for a decent original. Wandering what these go for: 1. An original project 2. An original working game.

    Quoted from metallik:

TIL the same company that made roller coaster rolling stock (trains) also made skeeballs.

They made different items for amusement parks. Merry Go Rounds/Carousels too.

    Quoted from AlexF:

Seems like I have seen a couple of these pop for sale recently. Not sure what they are actually worth. Had some surprising numbers thrown at me in discussions regarding my 1937 Wurlitzer recently. My wife says not for sale!

I don't blame you Alex for keeping!

    Quoted from AlexF:

Oh I'd sell for what was suggested but my wife is firmly attached. It is cool though. Don't mind keeping it around.
Recently there was a Philadelphia Toboggan project (little rough) on Craigslist and also a little nicer looking one on FB Marketplace but both appear to be gone now. I know the rougher one was make an offer don't remember the price on the other one.

    Quoted from JimFNB:

Coin op warehouse had a nice EM skee ball maybe a year ago for 1350. I don’t know if it was Philadelphia Toboggan or what it ultimately sold for, but it was nice and I thought about getting it. Pics should still be on the cow fb page if you’re on fb.

Thanks. Someone's got one listed on the fb bowler page for $3000 - too much. I'm in no hurry but I'll find one eventually.

I saw a Philadelphia Toboggan version project machine at Allentown last year. If I were to get one, that's the one I would want. I just watched a youtube video on the operation of it. So amazed at the simplicity in design. These things took a beating back in the day though.

Yeah, I like the looks and simple mechanical operation too.
