BOP is a fun game. I've owned 3 in the past. I'd say values on it would be 1400 - 1600 for players quality and around 1800 - 2000 for a nice example (which can be a bit hard to find...playfields usually have wear.
Black Rose I don't have a lot of experience with. Only played it a couple of times and it wasn't for me, but some people like it. Pricing on it very similar to BOP mentioned above.
