It's basically a pinball straight off the arcade room floor.

I'm not a pinball expert but the backglass looks to be in excellent condition. The playfield plastic seems to be in good shape except some heat damage on one bumper cap. I've replaced the rubber bands/rings/etc. The playfield itself has some wear from a lot of active service but it seems to be relatively minor.

Has an Alltek MPU but otherwise seems to be completely original hardware and in good working order. The spinner on left side was missing, I've replaced with one from a different machine but it seems to start awarding "ghost" spinner points every now and then.

I personally find the game to be beautiful to look at when fully restored.

I'd prefer to keep this one but the family has voted, they like the Mr. and Mrs. Pacman game better, and I'm only keeping one of them...

I'd agree with that. As simple as it is, I have always had a soft spot in my heart about this game. There was one in the local bowling alley when I was a kid.

My opinion is $900 is too low. I would say $1200 with the pluses being nice glass, solid cabinet, Alltek, and fully working.
I don’t think you’ll find many fully working solid state machines on this site for less than $1000. Especially these days.

I would do 1000 if you were local.

Depends where you live first of all. Montana, Wyoming or someplace where machines are in demand?

I've sold several of these. My last one 2 weeks ago with a BG that is way worse than yours, but fully shopped with rebuilt flippers and more went for $1350 in PA. It had a nicer cabinet and all the OE boards were upgraded.

Well I guess I priced it too low at $1000, it sold in about 30 seconds on Facebook, fellow is picking it up tonight. Thanks for the advice!

Nice, I sold mine for $1k a month or so ago.

I think of it this way: You didn't want the machine. Hopefully you made someone happy with a machine they really wanted at a fair deal. (A smoking deal would have been something less in my opinion) There's some work and some expense to be done to make this a nicer game so the new owner can do that a reasonably not be "putting too much" into the game. I feel pretty happy when I can sense a buyer truly cherishes a game that I sold to them, and that's something you can't put a price on. I'd rather have the good feeling about the deal than the extra few hundred bucks. You did fine and now you have seed money for your next pin or whatever.

Around here they float around that price point, I'd not lose any sleep over it. Sometimes they sell fast and other times they linger.
