Hello pinheads.
I was hoping to find out the going rate for an NBA Fast Break. In very nice condition, no major problems or fade.
Thank you.
P.S. Pin is fun and underrated, don't ya think?!?
There seems to be a big disparity in prices on this game. I thought it was worth 2500 but some say less.....so.....
It is actually kinda fun to play but incredibly low scoring. Heck, I was thrilled to break 60 or so in a 3 ball game.
Interesting historical trivia: When NBA Fastbreak finished production, they started making a kind of popular title right after it. What was the title?
Hint: It has a castle on the playfield.
Bought mine yesterday in nice shape with no major issues for $1750. Put an hour of work into it and it looks and plays great.
I saw a nice one for $1200 a few months ago. Still kicking myself for not jumping on it, but funds were tight.
I paid 2700 for mine in perfect shape, like it slipped right out of the box, looked like it never had been played before......I think 1800-2200 for a nice one is a good deal....
And it is a BLAST to play, my kids love it the best because its easy to understand and fun...
Three have sold on here in the last three months that I can find around 2k.

And keep in mind one of those is GAP. Who is not known for low prices.

I never saw $3,750. I wouldn't ask more than $2500.
Although it is FUN! And everyone that tries it agrees.
NBAFB prices seem to be all over the place. As usual, condition is king. I think the middle of the road on this game is around $1600-$2000. They can go for as little as $1200 in rough shape or near $3000 in CQ condition. I sold my NBAFB to iceman44 for $2700, and just like he said, it looked like it just came out of the box. That was the cleanest non-restored pin I had ever seen. You could eat dinner off that thing.
Quoted from Dbaum88:All of the other pins score the other way...in the millions.
If the software is running version 3.1, there is an option to turn on "pinball scoring", that gives normal scores in the thousands along with the basketball score.
Quoted from sammiesguys:If you are confused because one just sold for 3750, you should be. Under no circumstances was that even close to a reasonable price. Three have sold on here in the last three months that I can find around 2k.

And keep in mind one of those is GAP. Who is not known for low prices. But if you want to put it up for 3750, you might be able to find someone to buy it. But that price was ridiculous IMO.
My bad. Edited original post.
